mike-bigHey, thanks for stopping by. I thought I’d just share some of my experience with exercises to flatten stomach and how I got some pretty good results.

My name is Mike Scott and a couple of months ago I decided to loose some weight. I always used to do some workout now and then but never got the results I wanted… I actually didn’t care that much. Then I met this girl, Jane. People talk about love at first sight and I’ve always thought that was kind of stupid. Man was I wrong! :)

Anyway, she was kind of fit and I realized that to have a fair chance at all I had to do something about my situation. Especially my stomach. It needed to go. I knew I had to set some realistic goals. Not like “I’m going to get a killer 8-pak or 10-pak” or whatever you like to call it. You now, one of those super flat killer wash boards. I knew that a barley visible 6-pack would do the trick and since I couldn’t remember ever seeing it, that was my first goal.

I started to read and study (and exercise) to find the best way to get the best results. Maybe you are wondering why I am dedicating this blog to it? Well, I came to realize that I actually did make progress. I did had help and I know that there are allot of people out there needing help too. This is my way of giving back!
